"My work is the expression of an immediate experience in seeing, of the perception with all senses. I feel solely obliged to the subject´s essential content I find in nature. Coming up to this subject´s deepest content, the precise observation is mandatory to get in touch with. Accomplishing this emotional view, the ability to translate the impression into a sculpture is a mandatory prerequisite."

Caroline Wagner

Born in 1964 in Munich; in 1986 she started to study sculpture at her father´s studio, Hansjörg Wagner. In 1992 she moved to Stuttgart where she´s living and working.
